"I have been a loyal client of DeJuan's for 10+ years. I have used this office and State Farm for Auto and Renters Insurance. I have never had an issue getting in touch with anyone in the office by calling or emailing. Peggy who helped me recently was on it! I was able to directly communicate with her what I needed, and she assisted me by end of business the same day. I haven't run into issues with my policy coverage as of yet. I've used my policy for Windshield Replacements, Severe Hail Damage, and a Hit and Run accident where someone side swiped me and ran me off of the road. If you do have to go through with the claims process, I found that having the app downloaded on your phone is easiest. Especially when you're working with a claims adjuster, have to send pictures, etc. So, if you're in an accident, or need to use your policy for an incident - get the app to manage the process through and through. I'm still a customer after filing claims like the ones I mentioned. I haven't had to actually use a Renter's Policy for a Loss or Accident - but I'll come back here if I do, to give a proper update. Thanks DeJuan and Team for helping keep me compliant and secure - in times like these I'm grateful for options, consistency, and reliable service."

"Dejuan and his team at State Farm have offered me nothing but TOP TIER service since Day 1. I started initially with just having them for my home owners insurance. However, his team encouraged me to explore adding auto insurance as well to save even more money. With some reluctance, I spoke with the agent and ultimately ended up saving a lot on my policies. Some much that now all four of our vehicles are all insured by his State Farm Team. His staff is so personable it sounds like one of my family members calling when we need to review things and I trust them to get me honest/trustworthy advice to meet my insurance needs. "After 28 years plus of being with State Farm and never missing a payment I was dropped for reporting a tree branch poking a hole in my roof. The agent never warned me I could be dropped. When I was dropped they never called to let me know. When I called them they did note that they saw I was canceled. I also carred 4 cars with them. When State Farm dropped my home owners (and made it impossible to get new home owners) I dropped all my cars with State Farm. Here are all the issues I had with this agency: 1. My Ford Excursion insurance was canceled without my consent or letting me know. I drove across the country and did not know my insurance had been suspended. I only found out when I logged on to the site to check something. When I called Peggy she apologized and said she would turn it back on. This was not due to late payment or any request. This was something she did on her own. I was upset about it. 2. I received an insurance card for an RAV4 and a bill of $372.24. I never owned a RAV4 or profited a VIN (even though the policy had a VIN). I contacted Peggy to refund the amount and notified her that I never owned a RAV4. 3. All our policies were canceled after I called Peggy to state my checking account had been compromised and provided updated billing info. I spent time on the phone with Peggy to make sure she had all the information needed to update the auto-billing. I was assured everything was updated and there would be no lapse in the auto pay. A few weeks later, I received cancelations on all my policies. I had to call your office and talk to Peggy again to get all my policies reinstated. 4. My homeowner's insurance was canceled. I was notified via the US mail. When I called Peggy, she said she had seen the cancellation come through. I used your office because I knew you went to high school with Angela, and I felt your office would take care of me. I think that you should not only help me with my insurance purchases and payments but also advise me. I had no idea the insurance business had changed so radically over the last couple of years and using it to fix a hole in my roof could result in loss of homeowners. If I had been advised of this, I would have paid out of pocket. We thought we were doing the responsible thing. Instead, they not only dropped our homeowners, but it was almost impossible to find new insurance because of it. Because State Farm dropped us, every agent I contacted could not insure my house. I ultimately found one agent that did insure us at almost triple the price. This was after weeks of work. Unfortunately, your office didn't even call me to inform me about the cancellation. 5. After securing homeowners insurance, I moved all my cars. I called Peggy multiple times about this. I told her I had paid $400 on the 2nd of the month to Farm Bureau so that I would be covered. I noted that the cars were still showing on the site. Peggy said she would take care of it. I talked with Peggy about how I could not get homeowners without moving my cars as well. Peggy said she understood. Then, I called back and spoke to someone else (Griffin?) to notify them about this and to make sure the cars were removed. I was assured this was noted, and he would talk to Peggy. There was another call after this. I am thorough with issues like this and made myself very clear. I will monitor the State Farm site to verify changes have been made. After all of this, Peggy responded that she wasn't aware I wanted to remove my car policies (1/30/25). There is a severe disconnect between what she says and what she does."
